Job Title: Office Car Driver

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Staff and Visitors: Safely transport company staff, clients, and visitors to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Document Deliveries: Pick up and deliver important documents and packages between offices, clients, and other locations as required.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of your vehicle, including regular servicing and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Scheduling: Manage and adhere to a daily transportation schedule, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with minor office tasks when not driving, such as filing documents or other administrative duties.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or office setting.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Vehicle: Ownership of a well-maintained vehicle that meets company standards.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Skills: Excellent driving skills, punctuality, and reliability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service: Professional and courteous demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
