Performance Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with RightBite's business goals and targets. Set up a plan of digital media investment considering channels, objectives, mediums, and others.

- Brand Growth: Responsible for achieving brand growth on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Create target plans considering seasonality and other impacting factors. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and business teams to deliver continuous growth.

- Paid Advertising: Oversee the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others.

- SEO and SEM: Lead efforts to optimize our website for search engines (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Optimize investment for the best CAC and highest ROAS.

- Content Development: Work with the marketing team to create the best market-fit content to improve CTR and CVR. Provide constant feedback and reports on ad set performance. Dos and Don'ts, market-fit content and messaging, lead on A/B test on content performance.

- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Create dashboards that provide detailed insights on performance.

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the UX/UI team to improve website conversion rates and the overall user experience. Provide constant feedback on app and web performance working with both tech and marketing teams to improve content and journeys to increase CVR.

- Affiliate Marketing: Manage and expand our affiliate marketing program, building relationships with partners to drive customer acquisition.

- A/B Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing and experimentation, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What Are We Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or meal plans industry.

- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Creative thinking and the ability to think outside the box.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
