5. Coordination: Coordinate property showings, inspections, and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.

6. Compliance: Stay informed about Dubai's property laws and regulations for transaction compliance.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate professionals, brokers, appraisers, and legal advisors for successful transactions.

8. Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listing promotion and attracting potential buyers or tenants.

9. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records using CRM software for property listings, transactions, and client communications.

10. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a successful Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Possession of RERA certification required.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Track record of successfully executing property transactions and surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
