- Property Transactions: Conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and facilitate the closing process to ensure successful transactions.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations, legal requirements, and market changes to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, lenders, attorneys, and service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient real estate transaction process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE real estate market.
