Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential investors in need of property consultancy services through various channels such as cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.

- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients via calls and emails to update them on available consultancy services and property vacancies.

- Consulting Services: Prepare and present business proposals to clients, persuading them of the benefits of utilizing consultancy services for their real estate needs.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the real estate market to identify areas of increasing demand and profitability, providing valuable insights to clients.

- Legal Liaison: Collaborate with legal professionals to prepare sale and lease documents, ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations.

- Negotiation: Oversee negotiations with real estate agents and other stakeholders on behalf of clients, striving to secure favorable deals.

- Client Support: Assist clients in making informed property-purchasing decisions by providing expert advice and guidance tailored to their needs and financial concerns.

- Database Management: Maintain an extensive database of available properties for sale, regularly updating listings and property information.

- Value Enhancement: Develop strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell, maximizing their potential returns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Dubai, with at least 6 months in the Dubai real estate market.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of Arabic, French, or Russian preferred.
- License/Certification: UAE driving license preferred.
