Job Description

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Client Assistance: Assist clients in finding suitable properties while maintaining the highest standards of service.

- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the property market and new launches by leading developers to provide informed advice to clients.

- Professional Relationships: Maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and landlords to foster trust and credibility.

- Timely Response: Ensure timely responses to all client enquiries and follow-ups to maximize client satisfaction.

- CRM Management: Update records on the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly and accurately to maintain data integrity.

- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the quality and legality of all transactions.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and sales leads to expand the client base and generate revenue.

- Advisor-Client Relationship: Maintain a good advisor-client relationship by providing ongoing support and assistance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualifications: Hold a Dubai Real Estate Broker Card with 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or European languages considered an advantage.

- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

- Self-Motivated: Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate dedication to achieving goals.

- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to create content or videos is advantageous for marketing properties.

- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office, internet applications, and CRM software for record-keeping and communication.

- Driving License: Hold a valid UAE driving license and own a car for transportation purposes.
