Job Title: ED Patient Flow Coordinator Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate patient flow within the Emergency Department (ED) of the hospital.

- Reduce waiting time, delays, and improve efficiency in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in line with the 3-hour patient safety standard.

- Utilize nursing skills and knowledge to ensure smooth patient transitions and optimize patient care.

- Collaborate with ED staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to streamline processes and improve patient outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

- Maintain accurate documentation related to patient flow and care activities.

- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance ED operations and patient satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- DOH Licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in the Emergency Department.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

- Proficiency in English language communication.

- DHA License or MOH License as a Registered Nurse is also acceptable.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

This position offers a 5-day work week with an 8-hour shift. Candidates without a DOH, DHA, or MOH license will not be considered for this role.
