Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Title: Neonatal Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive care to infants, including feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and medication administration.

- Offer age-appropriate and culturally sensitive care to each infant.

- Assess and monitor vital signs, IV lines, oxygen intake, and the performance of medical equipment such as breathing tubes.

- Coordinate the stabilization and transfer of unstable infants to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

- Collaborate closely with neonatal pediatricians and specialists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each infant.

- Implement the day-to-day plan of care and serve as an advocate for the infants, facilitating communication among all involved specialists.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery.

- Must have DHA Eligibility or MOH Evaluation.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in neonatal nursing.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
