Job Title: Reservation & Ticketing Agent

As a Reservation & Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for handling all ticket and hotel booking requirements for our organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking Management: Handle the entire process of booking tickets and hotels for employees of the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, assisting them with inquiries, changes, and cancellations related to their bookings.

- Reservation Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure reservations and ensure smooth travel experiences for employees.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all bookings, including itineraries, ticket numbers, hotel confirmations, and payment information.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

- Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or discrepancies related to bookings, such as flight delays, cancellations, or changes, and work proactively to find solutions.

- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, travel service providers, and other relevant parties to facilitate seamless travel arrangements.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in the reservation and ticketing process.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in reservation and ticketing, preferably in a corporate or travel agency setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation and ticketing systems/software.
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations and standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
