Job Description:

As a Sales and Project Coordinator, your role will be fully remote, allowing you to work from any city. You will be responsible for various tasks related to sales, project management, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Setup and Maintain CRM: Establish and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.

2. Prepare Sales Proposals: Create detailed and professional sales proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.

3. Follow up with Clients: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to address any concerns or questions they may have.

4. Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and promote company services.

5. Review Project List: Review the list of ongoing and upcoming projects, and follow up until project closure, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, and project management is mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM software for sales tracking and management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in digital marketing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
