Roles and Responsibilities:

- Outbound Telemarketing Calls: Initiate and make outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers from company leads.
- Sales: Close new business sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate products or services.
- Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Customer Interaction: Listen to and understand customer requests, questions, and concerns, providing appropriate solutions.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Retention: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

- Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated under pressure.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Commute/Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
