Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative


1. Customer Prospecting:
- Search for new prospective customers within the defined territory, including both existing and new accounts.

2. Sales Targets:
- Boost company revenue by achieving sales targets through strategic measures.

3. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities for analysis and reporting purposes.

4. Communication:
- Ensure dynamic communication with clients through various channels, both online and offline, to promote company products and services.

5. Product and Service Promotion:
- Understand and promote the company's products and services as assigned.


1. Sales Process Knowledge:
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics to navigate and close deals successfully.

2. Communication Skills:
- Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.

3. Customer Service:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Target Prioritization:
- Ability to prioritize targets according to company requirements.

5. Soft Skills:
- Portray superb soft skills during customer interactions and seminars as required.

6. Negotiation Skills:
- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms to improve profit margins.


- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Ability to prioritize targets and manage time effectively.
