Role: We're seeking an enterprising Business Development Manager to match our enthusiasm and help establish our school not only in Dubai but also across targeted regions.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in one of the following languages is essential: French, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Farsi/Persian. This proficiency will be crucial for unlocking potential partnerships and communicating with diverse clientele.

International Applicants: If you're currently based outside the UAE but meet our criteria, you're encouraged to apply. Remote work is possible initially, with potential relocation to Dubai in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance our school's reputation and outreach in Dubai and specific market regions.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients, including individuals, educational institutions, and corporate entities.
- Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Create persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients.
- Analyze market data to assess business development effectiveness and propose improvements.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to the ESL industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in one of the aforementioned languages and proficiency in English.
