Job Opportunity: Sales Representative

Are you passionate about sales and eager to join a premier private swimming club in Dubai? Evolve Aquatics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team on an 8-month contract basis. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our club memberships and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms, to identify and engage potential club members.
2. Present the benefits and features of Evolve Aquatics’ membership packages and services to prospective clients.
3. Understand the needs and preferences of potential members, providing tailored solutions and addressing inquiries or concerns.
4. Negotiate membership terms and close deals in alignment with sales targets and objectives.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with club members, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Evolve Aquatics.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and membership transactions.
7. Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the member experience.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Previous sales experience, preferably within the sports or fitness industry.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
4. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
6. Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools to track leads and manage member relationships.
7. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and work schedules.
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
