Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are expanding and currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own recruitment desk while serving Executive Source clients. Your responsibilities include:

Business Development: Use innovative techniques to identify, follow up on leads, and close new business.
Client Management: Provide exceptional service to a portfolio of clients, address their challenges, and meet their needs with the highest quality and efficiency.
Talent Sourcing: Employ creative means to reach our target candidate pool, including talent mapping, social media, job boards, career sites, networking events, referrals, direct sourcing, and meetings.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews with candidates over the phone or in person, using a consultative approach to understand their experience, capabilities, motivations, and career ambitions.
Recruitment Advisory: Consult and educate candidates on open positions, interview techniques, best practices, and provide interview briefings pre- and post-interview.
