Position: Social Media & Community Manager


SeedHunter, a pioneering force in the web3 market space, is revolutionizing collaboration among key stakeholders. Our platform facilitates seamless partnerships between Crypto Projects, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Partners, and Ambassadors in a secure, scalable, and user-friendly environment. We are seeking an experienced and driven Social Media & Community Manager to spearhead the development and management of our social media presence and community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating strategic plans, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions to enhance brand visibility and community engagement within the crypto ecosystem.


1. Develop and implement a comprehensive roll-out plan for social media and community building initiatives, emphasizing primary and secondary channels and objectives.
2. Define content pillars to guide social media messaging, incorporating topical themes, recurring motifs, and ad-hoc content.
3. Establish tone of voice guidelines for each channel to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication.
4. Set up and optimize all social media channels and community platforms, including branding elements and descriptions.
5. Design branded visuals for use across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
6. Curate and create engaging content for weekly social media posts, seeking approval from stakeholders as necessary.
7. Stay informed about industry developments and trends, leveraging relevant insights to enhance SeedHunter's online presence.
8. Cultivate thought leadership on topics relevant to SeedHunter and explore collaborative marketing opportunities.
9. Monitor social media channels for sentiment changes, manage comments, and respond promptly and appropriately.
10. Report on key metrics and progress to the marketing lead and management team in a structured manner.


1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a social media & community manager, with at least 1 year of related web3 marketing experience or a strong personal interest in the space.
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines.
4. Proficiency in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across various channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, and YouTube.
5. Experience leading or managing a remote team of community moderators preferred.
6. Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, and analytics.
7. Ability to create personas, define tone of voice, and tailor communication approaches to different audience segments.
8. Results-driven mindset with a strong affinity for data analysis and reporting.
9. Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders and external partners.
10. Proficiency in social media management tools such as HootSuite, Gleam, and Mention, as well as design tools like Canva.
11. Nice-to-have: Video or animation skills.
