Job Title: Store Team Leader

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate excellent English and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate the team.

- Perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes, steaming clothes, and moving stock, requiring physical fitness and stamina.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of sustainable fashion principles and promote them to customers.
- Utilize previous charity, management, or retail experience to effectively manage store operations and achieve fundraising goals.
- Commit to full-time employment with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
