Job Position: Telecaller

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Telecaller to enhance our sales efforts by reaching out to both current and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and obtaining contact information for targeted audience members and effectively communicating with them to promote our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Outreach: Contact current and potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
- Data Management: Obtain and manage lists of individual contact information, and source additional data from the targeted audience.
- Sales Promotion: Convince even the toughest individuals to purchase our offerings through persuasive communication.
- Feedback Utilization: Suggest ways to utilize client feedback for product and service improvements.
- Communication Adaptation: Adapt communication style to suit different client interactions and unusual situations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduation or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Training: Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and data management.
- Cultural Awareness: Exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints.
- Adaptability: Ability to change communication style based on the situation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong research and record-keeping abilities.
- Resilience: Ability to receive criticism without internalizing it.
