Job Summary:

We are seeking a Telemarketing Representative to join our team. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a key role in delivering professional activities in the Sales job family with a focus on telemarketing. Your primary responsibility will be to place outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, and complete the sale of products and/or services. Selling is the primary function of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place outbound calls to target audiences to introduce new offers.
- Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, providing information about product features, prices, etc.
- Use scripts to communicate product benefits and answer customer inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets pre-determined by management.
- Communicate regularly with members and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to regulatory targets and sell with integrity, treating customers fairly.
- Interface effectively with internal colleagues and resolve customer issues.
- Provide support to less experienced team members and identify potential process improvements.

Skills and Experience:

- Strong customer focus with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise judgment and prioritize workflow.
- Proficiency in basic system navigation and Microsoft applications.
- Regulatory awareness and proven track record in telemarketing insurance sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in the health industry, insurance background, or outbound sales.
