Responsibilities:

1. Follow-ups:
- Perform all follow-ups for outbound calls, employing strong follow-up strategies.

2. Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

3. Client Interaction:
- Interact with existing and prospective clients to update them on the latest developments, offerings, and involve them in future projects.

4. Revenue Generation:
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures using social and public media marketing campaigns.

5. Client Focus:
- Maintain a strong client focus, including pre and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention.

6. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

7. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Fluency in English.
