Role Overview:

As a VIP Waitress at Ling Ling, you will provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure the highest levels of fine dining service. The role involves greeting and seating guests, creating a positive first impression, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service. You will be well-versed in the food and beverage menu, knowledgeable about promotional activities, and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues. Monitoring the consistency of food and beverage items served to ensure overall service quality is a priority, with prompt escalation of major problems or complaints to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in a high-volume restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele.
- Passion for hospitality and dedication to providing exceptional service.
