Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus.
2. Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
3. Ensure accuracy of orders and maintain the quality of food and drinks served.
4. Present bills and accept payments.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Provide friendly and courteous customer service.
8. Address customer complaints and inquiries.
9. Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Duty Hours: 9 hours / 6 days a week, 1 day off
