Experience: Minimum 1 years in UAE with fine dining & licensed restaurants

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Dubai: Must have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service in a fine dining and licensed restaurant setting.
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders.
- Make informed menu recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
- Upsell menu items and inform guests about promotions.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in fine dining and licensed restaurants in the UAE.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Must be eligible to work in the UAE.
