Our operations span wholesale, distribution, retail, and projects. With a dedicated team of 40+ members, we are seeking a capable Warehouse Assistant to join our team and support our logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
- Checking Delivery Orders: Verify the accuracy and completeness of delivery orders.
- Filing Documents: Maintain organized records of all warehouse documents.
- In/Out Goods Receive: Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring proper documentation.
- Attending Phone Calls: Handle phone inquiries related to warehouse operations.
- Coordination with Outlets: Liaise with retail outlets to ensure smooth coordination of goods.
- Guiding Warehouse Staff: Provide direction and assistance to warehouse staff.
- Assisting Repairs Team: Support the repairs team with logistics and parts management.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety and operational standards.
