Job Opportunity: Brand Manager

Job Purpose:

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading the brand management of assigned brand(s) in alignment with the Marketing Strategy and P&L targets. Your role will encompass various aspects of brand management, including market analysis, product management, packaging, pricing, promotion, communications, sales, availability, and visibility.

Key Accountabilities:

Brand Equity Management:
- Establishing and maintaining the equity of the brand.
- Monitoring market share, brand awareness, frequency, and penetration.

Brand Communication Planning:
- Developing effective marketing messages for the target audience.
- Planning media strategies, activations, and content development.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Collecting and analyzing relevant market data for business and marketing strategy.
- Conducting retail audit analysis and generating insights.

Product Development:
- Guiding the design and development of products and promotions based on market information.
- Effectively launching new products to the market.

Strategic Planning:
- Establishing marketing goals and objectives for the brand.
- Identifying and implementing strategies to achieve these goals.

Trade Fundamental Management:
- Ensuring the effective implementation of brand strategy in different channels.
- Managing brand visibility, distribution, and other trade fundamentals.


- Proficiency in English language.
