Job Opportunity: Key Account Manager - Kanoo Logistics

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at Kanoo Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with key accounts, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, and driving business growth with existing and new clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Increase business volume and profitability for existing customers.
2. Act as the focal point for VIP customers, providing personalized attention and service.
3. Oversee the efficiency of Key Account In-charges, ensuring parallel reporting.
4. Function as the Head of Freight Forwarding Department (Imports).
5. Bridge the gap between Sales and Operations, facilitating prompt customer service.
6. Manage bad-debts collections as needed.
7. Give personal attention to leads initiated by the Kanoo Family.
8. Support Sales and Operation Heads in business leads and related discussions.
9. Serve as a super-user for IT and implementation.
10. Provide daily reporting to the COO on business opportunities and operational challenges.
11. Monitor market trends and develop opportunities, especially from key organizations such as Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, SABIC, etc.
12. Act as one of the Champions in Kanoo Logistics for YBA Kanoo Compliance matters.
13. Support Group Communications management on participating in events, handling advertisement-related matters, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Sales/Account Management experience in the Logistics industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Preferred Logistics diploma.
- Proven experience in Sales/Account Management in the Logistics industry (3 to 5 years).
- Proficient in communicating in English and Arabic.
- Technical knowledge of the Logistics/Freight forwarding business.
- Pricing knowledge.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
