We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Data Warehouse Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Warehouse Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions to support reporting and analytics. Responsibilities:
As a Data Warehouse Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing new analytic subject areas for reporting and analytics.
- Working in a fast-paced, test-driven environment and participating in all aspects of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Leading, designing, developing, and implementing data collection processes in conjunction with the data warehouse.
- Performing tuning activities throughout all aspects of the data warehouse function.
- Managing complex projects and coordinating the efforts of both internal and external resources.
- Delivering complex enterprise data solutions with comprehension in areas such as Architecture, Configuration, Security, Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Infrastructure.
- Providing technical solutions for complex business problems related to the ETL/ELT (Extract, Transform, Load) procedures that support the data warehouse.
- Reviewing and analyzing ongoing customer requests for new data elements, customizations, cross-walking of existing data elements, computation of new fields based on customer-provided business logic, and combinations of existing data elements.
- Functioning as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have expertise in the following areas:
- Data warehouse terminology and practices.
- Regulations related to data management.
- Methods and forms for data collection and reporting.
- Purchasing rules and financial accounting.
- Experience with HR practices.
- Inventory management best practices.
- Managing a P&L (Profit and Loss).
- SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing).
- Equipment-related data and reporting.
