Job Description

Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, income statements, cash flow statements for Oman)
- Prepare estimates and invoices
- Create payment links and share with clients
- Credit Card reconciliation for PRO and Sales consultant
- Prepare Accounts Receivable statement and follow up with clients
- Ensure timely payments
- Ensure Client credit policy is followed
- Ensure financial compliance – VAT return filing
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports

Functional Skills:
- Zoho Books
- Up-to-date Accounting Knowledge and latest concepts
- Microsoft Office- Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Attention to detail

- Client Relationship

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
