Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Consultant to join our team at candidate zone technology in Oman. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction consultancy, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent position, and transportation will be arranged for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Consultation:

- Provide expert advice on construction projects.

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.

2. Design Review:

- Conduct thorough reviews of construction designs.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Oversee and implement quality assurance processes.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure project quality.

4. Budget and Cost Management:

- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation.

- Monitor project expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.

5. Risk Assessment:

- Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects.

- Develop strategies to mitigate risks.

6. Client Communication:

- Maintain regular communication with clients.

- Provide updates on project progress and milestones.

7. Reporting:

- Prepare detailed reports on project status.

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction consultancy.

- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards.

- Excellent project management and communication skills.

- Ability to conduct thorough design reviews and risk assessments.

- Locally available in Oman.

Compensation:

The monthly pay for this position is up to RO400.000. The company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package.
