Job Description
Job Title: RESTURANT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail restaurants.
- Knowledge in F&B Services, Food & Beverage Services, Inventory Management, Upselling, Sequence of Service, Management Reports, HACCP, Trainings, Checklists, Grievance Handling, etc.
- Proficient in English.
- Hotel Management candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. F&B Services Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of Food & Beverage Services.
2. Inventory Management: Efficiently manage restaurant inventory levels.
3. Upselling Strategies: Implement strategies to enhance sales and upselling.
4. Sequence of Service: Ensure a smooth and efficient sequence of service.
5. Management Reports: Prepare and analyze management reports.
6. HACCP Compliance: Ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
7. Training: Conduct training sessions for staff development.
8. Checklists: Implement and manage daily checklists for operational standards.
9. Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail restaurants.
