Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing daily sales activities, including appointment scheduling, sales report preparation, and maintaining sales files.

2. Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.

3. Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction while resolving any issues or concerns.

4. Sales Documentation:
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and compile documentation for submittals to customers and consultants.

5. Database Management:
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.

6. Sales Team Performance:
- Monitor sales team performance, providing regular reports to management and compiling data for weekly and monthly Market Intelligence reports.

7. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

8. Events and Conferences:
- Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Experience and Education:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

2. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

3. Additional Skills:
- SAP End User experience for Sales Office Locations.
- Computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good organizational skills.
