Job Opportunity: Sales & Marketing Assistant at Husaak Adventure Tours

Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant

Location: Oman (Head Office)

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Verbal and written).

- 2-3 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience.

- Strong sales acumen, capable of handling customer inquiries and closing sales.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Strong work ethic and flexibility with working hours, including weekends and nights when business needs require.

- Willingness to occasionally support the operations team in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow Husaak and Latitude social media accounts in English and Arabic.

2. Assist in preparing presentations, new trip information packs, custom itineraries, and flyers.

3. Update Husaak's booking system and track payments.

4. Publish new trips on the Husaak website and make necessary updates.

5. Handle incoming sales inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls, from initial inquiry to creating custom itineraries, preparing booking sheets, and sending invoices.

6. Promote Husaak's upcoming trips, tours, activities, and destinations.

7. Schedule the monthly Husaak newsletter and regular WhatsApp broadcasts.

Note: This position does not include allowances or housing, but business-related travel expenses will be reimbursed.
