We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition with a background in non-IT recruitment to join our team. As a Director, you will play a crucial role in leading our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring that we attract top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the talent acquisition team and set strategic goals for recruitment.

Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners.

Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and results.

Develop and implement best practices in recruitment and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Actively participate in recruiting for key positions.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in non-IT recruitment.

A 30-day notice period.

Exceptional English communication skills.

A minimum of Director or VP level experience in talent acquisition.

Energetic and enthusiastic with a hands-on approach to recruitment.

A track record of recruiting success and a commitment to being actively involved in the recruitment process.

Proven stability in your career and experience working with professional companies.
