Job Description


1. Guest Transportation: Transport hotel guests to and from airports, train stations, tourist attractions, restaurants, and other locations as requested, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey.

2. Luggage Handling: Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or belongings into and out of the vehicle, providing courteous and helpful service at all times.

3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the hotel vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and overall condition, and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

4. Route Planning: Plan and select the most efficient routes to reach destinations, considering factors such as traffic conditions, road closures, and customer preferences, to ensure timely arrivals and departures.

5. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to hotel guests, including greeting guests, opening doors, and offering assistance with luggage or other requests as needed.

6. Communication: Communicate effectively with hotel staff, concierge, and guests to coordinate transportation requests, provide updates on schedules or delays, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.

7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with traffic laws, regulations, and hotel policies at all times, prioritizing the safety and security of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.

8. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transportation services provided, including passenger information, trip details, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents encountered during transportation.

9. Flexibility: Adapt to changes in schedules, routes, or assignments, and work flexible hours as required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the hotel and its guests.


1. Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated, along with a clean driving record.

2. Safe Driving Skills: Demonstrate excellent driving skills, including knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and the ability to navigate safely in various weather and road conditions.

3. Professionalism: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, as well as a courteous and friendly demeanor, when interacting with guests and colleagues, representing the hotel in a positive light.

4. Navigation Skills: Familiarity with GPS navigation systems or maps to plan routes and navigate efficiently to destinations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

5. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide personalized and attentive service to hotel guests, anticipating their needs and preferences, and ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience.

6. Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail in vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation, as well as in handling luggage or assisting guests, to uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

7. Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and supervisors, as well as the ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate records.

8. Time Management: Efficiently manage time and schedules to meet transportation deadlines and ensure on-time arrivals and departures, prioritizing guest satisfaction and convenience.
