SALES COORDINATOR

BODYTECC ENZA is a world-renowned Jewellery company that provides high-quality body piercing and fashion jewellery worldwide. We have our own Production facility based in China and maintain offices in the United Arab Emirates and Germany. We are currently seeking an outstanding, energetic, and result-oriented individual with a high level of commitment to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and ensuring they are executed efficiently. Providing support to the sales team and assisting with customer inquiries. Communication with customers regarding sales orders. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients. Coordinating and creating sales orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in working as a sales coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP system (Odoo System) will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in e-commerce will also be an added advantage.
