Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in the Cement Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and selling cement products within the specified region. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support for cement and aggregate products to our customer base. Additionally, you will target and acquire new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and work towards achieving sales volumes while maximizing prices based on market conditions and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and sell cement products in the designated region.
- Provide technical support for cement and aggregate products to customers.
- Target and acquire new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales volumes and maximize prices based on market conditions.
- Review pricing and volume analytics on a monthly basis.
- Participate in business-line forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and procedural measures, including the implementation of Group guidelines.
- Work with Cement Plants to understand production costs and various manufacturing processes.

Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Cement Industry (Manufacturer or Trading Companies).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven history of establishing goals, measuring, and achieving results.
- Strong ability to take initiative in the sales process.
- Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on time management.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is required.
