As a Back Office Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial and reputational integrity of our organization by performing various back-office tasks.

Job Purpose:

Perform back office tasks, including account maintenance, account opening, and data entry for various banking segments.

Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal and external departments to streamline operations.

Stay updated on regulations and provide efficient solutions to customer complaints.

Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain punctuality and discipline.

Attend training programs and development opportunities.

Review and validate documents before processing.

Update the status of documents and reasons for rejection.

Provide support to other departments as needed to achieve common goals.

Resolve customer complaints and follow up for customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and trainers to improve performance.

Ensure adherence to internal and statutory guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of back-office or front-line desk experience (candidates without experience will also be considered).

Strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic.

Team player with knowledge of bank operations and administration.

Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Technical skills and presentation abilities.
