Job Title: Telephone Operator

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and coordinate with various departments while delivering exceptional service.
- Manage the Royal Service Center as a One Stop Shop, assisting guests with room service orders and addressing queries and requests.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized touch to enhance the guest experience.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities and identify opportunities to improve a guest’s stay.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role for a 5-star resort in the UAE.
- Multilingual proficiency (Arabic / German / Russian / French) is a plus.
- Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong networking abilities.
