Job Opportunity: Event Industry Project Manager

**Responsibilities:**

1. Lead Generation:
- Spearhead lead generation efforts within the event industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients to cultivate business opportunities.

2. Customer/Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and understanding of client needs.

3. Proposal Development:
- Write comprehensive technical and financial proposals.
- Possess knowledge of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

4. Project Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of medium to large scale projects.
- Ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality standards and client expectations.

5. Project Management (Small & Medium Projects):
- Manage small and medium-sized projects within the event industry.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure successful execution.

**Skills Required:**

- Presentation Skills:
- Proficient in preparing and delivering compelling presentations.

- Negotiation Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements.

- Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High turnover of proposals requires adaptability and flexibility.

- Strategic Focus:
- Maintain focus and persistence in delivering the company's short and long-term pipeline strategy.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in the event industry, especially in project management and lead generation.
- Familiarity with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver medium to large scale projects.
