Job Title: Cost Control

Overview of the Role:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cost Control Specialist to join our team. As a Cost Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing project costs, providing accurate financial insights, and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines. This position is exclusively open to Saudi female candidates.


- Budget Adherence: Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure strict adherence to budgetary guidelines.

- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, preparing detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.

- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize project costs.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to establish and maintain project budgets.

- Expense Tracking: Track and analyze project expenses, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.

- Auditing: Conduct regular audits of project costs to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

- Invoice Approval: Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims, ensuring proper cost allocation.

- Procedure Development: Assist in the development and implementation of cost control procedures and policies.

- Financial Support: Provide financial analysis and support for project proposals, including cost estimations and feasibility studies.

- Collaboration with Finance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.

- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control and financial management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or related roles.

- Expertise: Strong understanding of cost control principles, budgeting, and financial management.

- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.

- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
