Job Purpose:

As a Senior Auditor in the construction industry, you will be responsible for evaluating the financial and operational aspects of construction projects. Your role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to financial transparency and operational integrity.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**

1. Audit Planning:
- Assist in developing the annual audit plan under the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager.

2. Audit Execution:
- Perform audits in various functional areas, including planning, leading, and participating in all aspects of internal audits.

3. Monitoring:
- Monitor audits conducted by other auditors to ensure adherence to audit standards. Intervene in audits with non-compliance.

4. Special Projects:
- Carry out special projects/assignments as requested by the Internal Audit Manager. Report on processes, results, and recommendations.

5. Follow-Up:
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and discuss reasons for delays with relevant business units.

6. Review of Non-Compliance:
- Conduct reviews of incidents of non-compliance reported by departments or individuals when requested by IA managers.

7. Report Preparation:
- Assist in preparing reports on the status of implementation of audit recommendations for the Audit Committee.

8. Annual Internal Audit Report:
- Assist the Internal Audit Manager in preparing, submitting, presenting, and discussing the Annual Internal Audit Report.

9. Performance Feedback:
- Provide performance feedback to auditors for personal development and adherence to the Internal Audit Manual and IIA standards.

10. Continuing Professional Education (CPE):
- Contribute to the planning and monitoring of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for the Internal Audit Staff.

11. Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Field of Study:
- Accounting / Finance / any relevant discipline

- Experience:
- 3-5 years

- Professional Certification:
- CA / ACCA / CPA / CIA (or similar) is preferable.

- Language:
- English (Compulsory)
