Job Title: Delivery Bike Driver

Responsibilities:

Delivery Operations: Safely operate a motorbike to deliver goods to customers at designated locations within the specified time frame.

Route Planning: Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel consumption, considering traffic conditions and delivery priorities.

Package Handling: Handle packages with care to ensure they are delivered intact and undamaged. Secure packages properly on the motorbike to prevent spills or accidents during transportation.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers upon delivery, confirming order details, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Cash Handling: Collect cash payments from customers upon delivery, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of transactions. Return change and provide receipts as needed.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards at all times to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the road.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on the motorbike, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, brakes, and lights. Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Communication: Maintain open communication with dispatchers or supervisors to provide updates on delivery status, report delays, and address any issues or concerns that may arise during deliveries.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of delivery activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, delivery times, and any incidents or accidents encountered on the road.

Adherence to Company Policies: Follow company policies and procedures related to delivery operations, including dress code, grooming standards, and customer interaction guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Valid motorcycle driver's license issued by the UAE authorities.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or motorbike rider preferred.
- Familiarity with local roads, neighbourhoods, and traffic patterns in Dubai.
- Excellent navigation skills and the ability to read maps or use GPS devices.
- Physical fitness and stamina to withstand long hours of riding and lifting packages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
