Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and employment laws in the jurisdiction.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.
Manage and maintain HR records, including personnel files and HR databases.
Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing.
Plan and conduct employee performance reviews.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Lead and support training and development programs for employees.
Manage HR staff and oversee their daily responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent understanding of labor legislation and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred.
