Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and employment laws in the jurisdiction.

  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes.

  • Handle employee relations, addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.

  • Manage and maintain HR records, including personnel files and HR databases.

  • Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll processing.

  • Plan and conduct employee performance reviews.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

  • Lead and support training and development programs for employees.

  • Manage HR staff and oversee their daily responsibilities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

  • Excellent understanding of labor legislation and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.

  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Certified HR professional (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred.
