Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marine Hydraulic Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct hydraulic troubleshooting, repair, service, installation, and commissioning in the marine industry.
2. Interpret technical drawings, hydraulic & electrical schematics, and specifications.
3. Lead a team of technicians, managing Projects & Services jobs, particularly in marine systems such as cranes/davits, winches, steering & propulsion systems, Valve Remote Control System (VRCS), Thrusters, and Hatch doors.
4. Act as the primary point-of-contact for service jobs.
5. Perform hydraulic flushing and tubing jobs.
6. Select equivalent model hydraulic components for various hydraulic systems.
7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of hydraulic principles, mechanical systems, and utilize specialized tools and equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
8. Communicate effectively and collaborate with clients and ship crew.
9. Test and inspect hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, etc., troubleshooting electro-hydraulic equipment and systems.
10. Perform heavy equipment maintenance activities, including installation, repair, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
11. Repair and overhaul mechanical and hydraulic equipment & hydraulic power units.
12. Prepare technical reports such as service reports, root cause analysis reports, and test reports, providing detailed information on hydraulic system performance, repairs, and recommendations for improvement.
13. Maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members regarding work progress, challenges, and recommendations.
14. Ensure timely completion of jobs and meet deadlines.
15. Provide technical estimations for schedules and scopes.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, with experience in Marine and offshore industries.
2. Proficient in Hydraulic Overhauling, Repairs, and understanding Schematic drawings.
3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Marine Hydraulics.
4. Willingness to work in various locations, including the yard, Anchorage, and travel overseas.
5. Openness to learning new products/services in the marine industry.
6. Knowledge of marine electrical controls & relevant troubleshooting/service works is advantageous.
7. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to hydraulic systems in the marine industry.
8. Age Criteria: 26 to 32 years.
