Job Opportunity: Airport Customer Service Representative


- Customer Service Excellence: Display excellent customer service skills, work collaboratively within the team, and prioritize customer satisfaction.

- Complaint Prevention: Strive as part of a dedicated team to avoid complaints and actively work to earn compliments from passengers.

- Discipline and Grooming Standards: Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are consistently maintained while on duty.

- Adherence to Service Standards: Always adhere to set service standards and procedures, ensuring passengers are handled in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Workload Analysis: Generate a list of pending requests from the Management Information System (MIS) to analyze advance workload profiles.

- Reporting: Report any irregularities or service shortfalls to the senior management on duty, enabling service recovery and appropriate corrective action.


- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

- Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, coupled with professional telephone etiquette.

- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with passengers and team members.

- Language Advantage: Spoken Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
