Position: Channel Sales Executive (System Integrator)

The Channel Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and developing strong relationships with partners and clients in the system integration sector. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Targets:
Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.

- Partnership Coordination:
Coordinate with partner companies to align sales strategies and promote collaboration.

- Lead Generation:
Generate and qualify leads through various methods, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential clients.

- Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales effectively.

- Proposal Preparation:
Prepare proposal and tender documents in a timely manner to meet client requirements.

- Event Participation:
Attend trade events, exhibitions, and conferences organized by distribution partners and other marketing events to network and promote products.

- Customer Management:
Follow up on payments and handle customer grievances professionally.

- Pre-Sales Support:
Conduct solution demonstrations, pre-sales meetings, and requirement analysis to showcase product value.

- Client Coordination:
Maintain regular follow-up on quotes and client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Database Management:
Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database for efficient account management.

- Marketing Initiatives:
Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts based on market sector and VNS products.

- Market Research:
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify opportunities for growth.

- New Business Development:
Generate new business accounts and develop them to achieve consistent profitability.

- Reporting:
Submit weekly reports to the Channel Manager, detailing progress and any challenges faced.

Qualifications:

- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of prior industry-related sales experience in system integration or IT distribution sales.

- Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the distribution sales and system integration market.

- Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Self-Motivated:
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (100% travel required).

- Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Skills:

- Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

- Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in English:
Strong command of English is required; proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
