Job Description Title: Human Capital DirectorWork Location: Al Ain Responsibilities:<ul><li> Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective HR operations.</li><li> Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote fair treatment, diversity, and inclusion within the organization.</li><li> Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and selection.</li><li>Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and facilitating open communication between employees and management. </li><li>Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. </li><li>Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.</li><li> Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, promote professional growth, and ensure compliance with regulations. </li><li>Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable reward structures.</li><li> Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements and adjustments to HR strategies as needed.</li><li> Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li> Requirement (qualifications and specifics):</li><li> Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus. </li><li>Proven experience of 5 years in HR management roles, demonstrating expertise in HR practices and principles. </li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.</li><li> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.</li><li> Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. </li><li>Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite. </li><li>Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions. </li><li>Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
