Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Admin Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Data Entry and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office Suite.
3. Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external parties.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
4. Documentation:
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Calendar Management:
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for various activities.
Requirements:
