Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

More than 3 years of experience in the construction industry.

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.

Strong knowledge of international and local tax regulations and accounting standards.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

CPA/CMA/ACCA certification or in progress preferred.

Responsibilities:

As an Accountant at [Company Name], you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities and ensuring tax compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Accurately recording financial transactions on a daily basis.

Reconciling bank statements and conducting month-end close procedures.

Preparing financial statements and providing support for audits.

Completing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management for problem-solving and decision-making.
