Job Title: Civil Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various civil engineering projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.

- Develop detailed designs, specifications, and construction plans in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

- Utilize engineering software and tools to analyze structural integrity, hydraulic systems, geotechnical conditions, and other relevant factors.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for project proposals and presentations.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with specifications.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

- Conduct quality control tests and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance project delivery and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.

- 8 to 14years of experience in civil engineering design, construction, or project management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
